The manual J heat loss is an industry standard. The premium service enables us to modify window, door, and insulation values upon your request. By doing this, you can determine which home upgrades are most financially sensible before deciding whether to replace your heating or cooling appliance. This will reduce heat gain or loss, enabling you to purchase smaller equipment and save on appliance costs, installation, and fuel expenses. Over-sizing your appliances will cost more to install,operate annually, and require more maintenance. Upgrading the home before replacing the heating or cooling equipment makes the most sense. Changing the heating or cooling appliance first, then doing upgrades to the home, will make properly sized equipment oversized after the upgrades to your home.

What you need to do to get an accurate heat loss and heat gain performed

1. Measure accurately, and your accuracy improves our accuracy.
2. Fill out the forms completely for accuracy (questions? ask--call or email)
3. Quick drawing of home exterior. Note the direction of one side --- Not looking for artists -- View drawing 1 and drawing 2 or digital photos of all four sides (outside only please)

You can choose between three options

Price is the same, and accuracy is listed from highest to lowest.

1. Online forms - This option gives many drop-down options throughout the form. This conditional form skips over questions or sections that don't apply, based on your responses. You'll be asked for your contact information and general details about your home, then move on to the first room. Each room requires you to enter a form number and name. After submitting, you can access the next form. Since you've completed the initial form, you'll need to provide the date and confirm whether you've already supplied your information. If you click Yes, you'll be taken directly to the room-by-room forms, bypassing the start.
The first question is the Date, followed by the form number, which starts at 1. Once you submit the form, you can open a new blank form identical to the previous oneâjust label it Form #2, then Form #3, and continue in order. This numbering system keeps all forms for each job organized. A separate form must be completed for each room. If there are 10 rooms, you'll need to complete and submit 10 forms. Upon submission, your forms will be automatically sent to my email for processing. Youâll receive a thank-you note containing a link to reopen the form and begin filling out another room form.
